Within the framework of the Money Laundering Act and internal group requirements, we check as a central operating unit relevant information on legal entities ("Know Your Customer") and are established as specialist in all aspects of the customer structure.
As business partner on an equal footing, we generate significant competitive advantages and prevent potential customer-induced money laundering and terrorist financing. We are therefore a key element to supporting our sales units in customer-growth and -satisfaction, while ensuring that we adhere to the highest KYC- and anti-money laundering standards and protecting the bank from risk and fraud.
Our area offers a wide range of development with different focal points, from the creation of a new customer to the complex and standardized customer-data update, quality management, process- and project-management to the foreign location management.
Constantly changing demands and changes on the customer side, in regulation and risk assessment, as well as the constant need for simplification and optimization, require flexibility, innovative- and implementation-strength.

During your 12-month trainee program, you will go through all relevant areas of responsibility and facets that the daily work entails and will be prepared:

The role supports the Infrastructure Coordinator and the Head of the KYC operations across all relevant locations. You will have the opportunity to get involved in different working methods and processes and can benefit from the variety of approaches and procedures in your personal development.
Among other things, you will learn / get insight:
- the different operational working methods and processes
- standardization methods in mass business
- the first steps in process and project management at a major bank
Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the continuous development of the department
- Develop and maintain Data Management methodologies well as reporting solutions
- Ensure implementation and adaptation of global policies in line with KYC-related regulations
- Manage projects, including reporting to management
- Coordinate and align due diligence processes across business and functional units
- Engage in stakeholder management across all regions
- Define and align roll out of harmonized key processes
- Support reporting activities
- Prepare and analyze KPI metrics, reporting and escalation
What we expect from you

You also match with the following requirements:
- You are in the final stages of your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Science in IT, Business or similar, or have completed your studies within the last 2 years
- Experience in ACESS and/or PYTHON and/or SQL programming
- Experience with IT systems and implementation methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Business communication skills for international collaboration
- First experiences in AML/KYC processes respectively knowledge of regulatory standards
- Project management skills with experience in multinational environments are an extra
- Fluency in German and English
