Overview:
Are you passionate about digital transformation and enthusiastic about translating complex topics into accessible, engaging content? Join our Digital Strategy Team in the Quality & Regulatory department to support our journey toward digital excellence. In this role, you will help create communication materials, conduct research on digital transformation topics, support our knowledge management using Atlassian Confluence, and even build basic data analytics applications and dashboards using the Palantir Foundry low‑code environment. You will also contribute to building and testing AI assistants and guides – all in a dynamic, collaborative setting where learning and innovation are a daily occurrence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design engaging materials and presentations to communicate our digital strategy initiatives.
• Research and compile topics related to digital transformation to keep our team and broader organization informed.
• Provide support for our knowledge management efforts using Atlassian Confluence and ensure that digital insights are well captured and shared.
• Assist in creating and enhancing basic data analytics applications and dashboards using the Palantir Foundry Low‑code environment.
• Support the build, test, and refinement of AI assistants and guides that simplify complex regulatory and digital topics.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure digital content is accessible and actionable, helping people change and adapt in a rapidly evolving digital world.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, digital communications, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or data analytics) are a plus.
• Proficiency (B2) in English is required; fluency (C1) in German is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics in clear, concise language, both in written and verbal formats.
• Familiarity with IT applications and tools, particularly Atlassian Confluence and Palantir Foundry; experience in low-code development is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and analyze information effectively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A genuine interest in digital transformation and a commitment to leveraging digital tools for process improvement and enhanced communication.
• Availability to work approximately 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
