Mode of Employment: Limited, max. 15-20 hours/week

You’ll make an impact by

  • Co-develop and implement forward-thinking concepts in talent management and DEI
  • Conduct engaging research on current trends and best practices
  • Design creative presentations and interactive workshops
  • Conceptualize and bring to life hybrid and virtual events
  • Create compelling newsletters and blog posts
  • Independently coordinate and implement administrative tasks
 

Your success is grounded in

  • Education
    • You are an enrolled student (minimum 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a similar field
  • Experience & Skills
    • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
    • Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus
    • You are a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a structured organizational talent
    • Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through working student positions or internships, preferably in larger consulting companies

  • Languages
    • You are fluent in both German and English
