What you'll do

• Create a WIKI for Partner Sales Processes:
  • Develop a detailed WIKI to document "how-to" guides related to partner sales processes.
  • Leverage AI tools and existing documentation in JIRA to ensure content accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with SAP Process Experts to refine and verify information.
• Create Test Cases and Support E2E Testing:
  • Assist in designing comprehensive test cases for new features in partner sales processes.
  • Participate in end-to-end testing to ensure the quality and functionality of new system features.
  • Communicate findings and collaborate with process and development teams to resolve issues.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Understanding of process management, documentation practices, and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and JIRA software is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work well in a team setting.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and independent work.
• Fluent in English
