What you'll do

As a working student (f/m/d) you will work on pillars of the Product Insights & Experience (PI&X). Your main stakeholders will be S/4HANA Public Cloud Line of Business Product Management and analytics specialists. Your primary focus will be to support research and analysis activities related to Customer Transformation Management, with a particular emphasis on the utilization of customer usage data.

Support in-depth research, benchmarking, and hands-on validation of innovative tools that drive business process transformation, evaluating their effectiveness in meeting diverse customer needs
Prepare, analyse, and interpret complex customer usage data using data visualization platforms, transforming raw information into actionable insights that inform strategic decision makers
Maintain and continuously optimize analytical dashboards and reporting solutions, empowering product management and experience teams with data-driven insights to support planning and operational excellence
Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute impactful use cases, directly contributing to business value creation for SAP customers
Contribute actively to knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and internal communications by supporting project meetings, facilitating engaging show & tell sessions, and managing content to foster continuous learning and alignment

What you bring

You are a student pursuing a degree in Data or Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar field.

A strong interest or/and experience in business process transformation, data-driven product management, and customer experience analytics
Solid understanding of Python and proficiency in data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau
Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, organizational talent, and adaptability to new challenges
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
Fluency in both German and English is required
The ability to come to the Walldorf or Berlin office at least once per week
