WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We offer you the opportunity to become part of the Procurement Center Europe within our global procurement organization, where you contribute to operational, technical and commercial purchasing in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Global BASF Procurement and the suppliers' Customer Service teams. 

• As working student, you oversee the integration of a global interface for the electronic exchange of business documents between BASF and a global supplier.
• You support the calculations of savings and bonuses for the suppliers.
• In order to generate flawless evaluations, you carefully maintain the purchasing data in SAP and also support new projects as well as ad-hoc analyses and data preparation.
• Reviewing supplier quality management certificates is also part of your responsibility.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• enrolled student with a business or commercial background
• confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus
• very good communication skills in German and English
• team player, creative and proactive, with careful and precise working methods
